Ned Manning has been a teacher in Tenterfield, New South Wales, in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, and at the Eora Centre in Redfern and the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts in New South Wales. He is a playwright and also worked as an actor and director in film and television.
