Armistice - How has the Great War affected Australian society?

UNSW Canberra at ADFA's Professor Peter Stanley believes that society in wartime is much more fragile than it appears. During the Great War, he says the values of Australian society changed.

"The Great War still gives us lessons about the way Australians react to a crisis, how they behave in war, and how we treat each other," Professor Stanley explains.
